Help
Displays helpful information. Without parameters, it displays enough information to get you started. With a command as a parameter, it gives information about that command. Also accepts 'commands' as a parameter, which lists all the available commands, and 'credits' which lists the people who've contributed to the talker.

Ignore
Stops messages from <user> being broadcast to you.

Invite
